Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and once shipped, delivery time varies depending on location, carrier, and seasonal demand. We currently ship across Canada and the United States and select carriers based on cost, reliability, and convenience at the time of shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details when available. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Jemera Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, but we are always happy to help communicate with the carrier and provide support. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout, and if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
