Refund policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected (please allow 5–7 business days for processing). If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We also offer size exchanges within 14 days however, customers are responsible for sending the original item back, and we’ll ship the new size once it’s received (limit one exchange per order). Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using tracked shipping. To start a return or exchange, contact us through our website with your order number and details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
