Shipping

How much is shipping? Canada: free shipping on orders of $35 or more; under $35 ships for $4.99.

When will my order ship? In-stock pieces are packed by hand and ship the same day, with tracking. Made-to-order pieces are prepared for you first, then hand-packed in Toronto and shipped with tracking — please allow 1–2 business days for shipping.

Will I get tracking? Yes. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Materials and care

Is the jewelry waterproof? Our pieces are designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant for everyday wear. Check each product page for its exact materials.

How do I care for my jewelry? To keep the shine longest, wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece separately in your Jemera pouch. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Sizing

How do I pick a ring or bracelet size? Sizes and measurements are listed on each product page. Not sure? Contact us before you order and we'll help. We also offer one size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery: send the original piece back and we'll ship the new size once it's received.

Returns

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and refunds go to your original payment method once the item is inspected (please allow 5–7 business days). Items marked "final sale" can't be returned or exchanged. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
